One of the most important yet most challenging lessons on a spiritual healing journey is learning to love ourselves unconditionally.

💜 Letting go of our own or others' expectations of who we are or should be can be uncomfortable and a lot of work!

💜 Realizing and accepting that our thoughts and emotions are not who we are, are only temporary and "just passing through" is a game changer.

💜 Once we let go and allow our thoughts and emotions to flow in and out with ease, we can quiet and still our minds, allowing us to become connected with our Higher Selves and Source. It is here where we can become realigned with and hear our own Inner Truth and guidance without all that mind chatter.

💜 Knowing that our thoughts and emotions are like waves just flowing in and out of our minds and bodies allows us to let go of our attachment to them and the stories that they held.

💜 When we come to this place of loving awareness, compassion and non-judgement towards ourselves, we begin to see others in a new light. We see ourselves in them and can extend this unconditional love outwards.

💜 Mindfulness practices like meditation and breathwork are a wonderful tool for learning to quiet the mind and get back to your centre.

💜 Be patient with yourself and others as you travel this journey, with the inner knowing that we are all deeply connected at an energetic level.
