In this Reiki Level I course with Sara, you will learn:

-The Reiki Principles & Ethics
-The Benefits of Reiki
-The nature of Reiki energy
-Reiki hand placement system
-How to perform Reiki on yourself and others

About Sara:
Sara is a Reiki Master, Spiritual Intuitive and Meditation Teacher based out of the Cornwall, Ontario area. She is a trained mindfulness and trauma-informed counsellor & caseworker in social services and has practiced yoga & meditation for over 20 years and Reiki for 15 years.

Sara is a classically trained singer and dancer; a musician, songwriter, writer and photographer; and has performed in local theatre. She loves teaching and sharing her gifts with others.
